The Prize
There will be one (1) winner. Each winner will receive 1 Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value of the Gift Card is $20.00)
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The promotion begins on March 6, 2023, and ends on March 31, 2023.
Who May Enter:

Open to all LOS ANGELES COUNTY residents age 18 and older. Employees of Active Auto Repair or any of its affiliates, and members of their immediate family, are not eligible.

Limit one entry per person per Instagram account.
How To Enter

Eligible entrants must have an Instagram account to enter. If a prospective entrant does not have an Instagram account, the entrant can create one at no cost at www.instagram.com. Entrants must agree to comply with Instagram's terms of service and privacy policy to create an account.

Only the entrant who does the tagging will be entered to win. Tagged friends will not be entered to win.

No entry may contain any offensive or vulgar content. Any entry containing inappropriate content, as determined by Active Auto Repair, in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the giveaway. Automated entries, including entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated services, are not permitted and will be disqualified. Only eligible entries received before the end of the giveaway period will be included in the prize.
Alternate Form of Entry
You can enter by submitting an online form (Click Here). Only one entry per person. Submission must be received by March 31st, 2023 11:59 PST to be eligible.
How to Win/Claim the Prize:

On April 1st, 2023, Active Auto Repair will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries.

Once eligibility has been verified, winners will be notified by a direct Instagram message and photo tag by @activeautorepairca within 5 days of the end of the promotion, and once notified, the winner will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time the direct message was sent to send a reply direct message to @activeautorepairca. Failure to respond within twenty-four (24) hours may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected. If the winner used the alternate form of entry, they will be notified by email. Only winners will be notified.

If a potential winner is found to be ineligible; is not in compliance with these rules; declines to accept the prize, or does not comply with instructions, the prize may be forfeited in Active Auto Repair’s sole discretion. If a prize is forfeited, then the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received, as determined by Active Auto Repair in its sole discretion. Active Auto Repair shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason. Each prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random drawing to be held as necessary. Prize will be awarded once the potential winner responds timely to our direct Instagram message. If the winner used the alternate form of entry, upon verification by Active Auto Repair that the entrant was eligible, the prize will be available for pickup for seven (7) business days. By accepting a prize, each Entrant consents to Active Auto Repair's use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast, and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Upon handing the Gift Card to the winner in person, Active Auto Repair will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner, with the winner assuming full responsibility for the prize. (Prize will not be mailed)

By participating in this giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Active Auto Repair, the prize providers and Instagram, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly from: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Giveaway or any prize-related activities. Arbitration and Choice of Law: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any prizes awarded, EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES THAT QUALIFY FOR AND ARE FILED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, ALL DISPUTES ARISING EXCLUSIVELY OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR INSTEAD OF IN A COURT BY A JUDGE OR JURY, AND YOU AGREE THAT ACTIVE AUTO REPAIR AND YOU ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY A JURY. YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO GIVE UP THE ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THE ARBITRATION WILL BE ADMINISTERED BY JAMS PURSUANT TO ITS COMPREHENSIVE ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES, AS AMENDED BY THESE TERMS. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Active Auto Repair in connection with this Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to its principles of conflicts of law and regardless of your location.
